Punter Southall Aspire completes Oxford IFA acquisition

Punter Southall Aspire has completed the acquisition of Focus Oxford LLP, an Oxford-based IFA that has six regulated advisers and a further 13 employees.

The workplace pensions and savings company said the acquisition will allow it to grow its retail advisory arm and offer "a fully integrated financial advice service" for both employers and individuals. It first revealed its intention to buy the firm in January.
