Recruitment agency launches adviser academy

Insynergi, a recruitment and training company, has launched Academy to train professional advisers and financial services staff.

Insynergi says the Academy will work with firms to select and recruit individuals most suited for financial services. The Academy will find new advisers, take them through induction and train them to achieve the necessary qualifications. The training process can take up to 12 months.
