The FSA has released a timetable for introducing changes recommended in PS04/9, which leaves few excuses for those who do not adhere.
Besides repeating key dates for mortgage and general insurance intermediaries – 30 October this year and 14 January next year respectively, when regulation comes into force – the published timetable means there is no excuse for not collecting and disseminating the data by the prescribed deadlines.
