CHL appoints Murrell as head of operations

Keith Murrell has taken up the role of head of operations for specialist mortgage lender CHL Mortgages it was announced today.

Murrell originally joined CHL in February 2004 as head of change management. He has previously worked for Abbey National Business as IT director, and has held operational roles at Midland Bank, Mortgage Systems and Wagon Finance. Commenting on his appointment, Murrell says: “This is an exciting time in the development of CHL and we have a number of major work streams in progress that will ensure CHL continues to improve its service standards and efficiency. “These include a focus on improving our telephone services plus a variety of programmes that will deliver enhanced online systems ...
