Matthew Moore has left his role as finance director of Aegon-owned advice network Origen Financial Services following a management reshuffle.
The departure follows a change at the helm of Origen, with Rob Waller replacing Mike Kirsch (pictured) as chief executive in September.
Waller has subsequently made some changes to his executive team.
Moore, previously finance and operations director, leaves the business, with finance now reporting directly into Waller.
Operations now reports to Kevin Gravener, formerly focused solely on compliance and risk.
The private client team now reports to Stuart Newlands, following Emma Gallagher's recent decision to leave the business.
Waller said: "Although market conditions continue to be difficult, I'm delighted with the amount of opportunity we are seeing and I believe we now have the right leadership structure to move forwards.
"I wish Emma and Matthew well and thank them for their support through our recent changes."
