Perspective Financial Group has acquired Surrey-based advisory firm Financial Connection.
The company will change its name to Financial Connection Wealth Management and continue to be managed by Jackie-Lee Lis, who is the only registered individual at the business.
The acquisition follows that of Gateshead-based Vivienne Shepherd Ltd in January.
Financial Connection Wealth Management has funds under management of £27m and recurring income calculated at £330k per annum
Perspective, which operates out of 21 offices and employs more than 220 people, has signed 28 acquisition deals since it was established in 2008.
It said it has secured funding of £3.5m to acquire further advisory firms although group operations director Peter Craddock told IFAonline the company was "not in a hurry to spend it."
Funding has been provided by Mosaic Private Equity and Lloyds Banking Group.
