Perspective Financial Group has acquired Surrey-based advisory firm Financial Connection.
The company will change its name to Financial Connection Wealth Management and continue to be managed by Jackie-Lee Lis, who is the only registered individual at the business. The acquisition follows that of Gateshead-based Vivienne Shepherd Ltd in January. Financial Connection Wealth Management has funds under management of £27m and recurring income calculated at £330k per annum Perspective, which operates out of 21 offices and employs more than 220 people, has signed 28 acquisition deals since it was established in 2008.
