Multi family office Fleming Family & Partners (FF&P) has launched a wealth planning business for high net worth clients.
Run by Richard Bertin, the founder of Asquith & Partners, the fee-based wealth management practice with which FF&P agreed a strategic partnership in February, it will target clients with investible assets of between £2m and £10m.
The new venture will work closely with FF&P Asset Management and other FF&P propositions to provide wealth planning advice to a wide range of FF&P clients.
Mark Davies, group CEO of Fleming Family & Partners, said: "The FF&P Wealth Planning proposition centres on the creation of a Family Wealth Plan which becomes the cornerstone of the relationship and ongoing advice.
"Based on this plan, the team then provides active and independent advice covering cash flow modelling, risk management, tax efficiency, investment strategy as well as retirement and inter-generational planning."
Richard Bertin, managing partner of FF&P Wealth Planning, added: "We are delighted to work alongside the FF&P team who share our vision of the value of a genuinely independent, proactive and long-term trusted adviser to best serve clients' needs."
