Credit Suisse has moved to boost its multi-manager sales arm by hiring Serge Chiaramonte from Lehman Brothers, who is the first of three new faces set to join the firm.
Chiaramonte will be responsible for selling Credit Suisse’s single strategy hedge funds into the European fund of funds community. He has nearly 20 years banking experience at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank AG and American Express Bank. Credit Suisse has also taken on Reyer Kooy as head of money market sales. He joins from JP Morgan Asset Management where he worked for six years in relationship management and as vice president of institutional liquidity fund sales.
