Zurich is bidding to add more than 30 people to its sales and marketing teams in a new recruitment drive.
The firm says it is undaunted by the current market conditions and feels “the time is right” to boost it UK life business.
Zurich also says it plans to boost its e-business capability following the successful launch of the Zurich Portfolio Planning Tool.
Chris Gillies, managing director of Zurich Intermediary Group, says: “We have grown our market share considerably over the past six months and there has never been a more exciting time to join our organisation as we expand into new market segments.
“We believe that this creative recruitment campaign will touch a chord in the type of individual we want to attract to our business – men and women with an excellent track record who are looking for the next challenge and who want to be part of our success story.”
