'Delivering Customer Focused Change' will be the focus for the next masterclass by the ifs School of Finance on Treating Customers Fairly.
In the second TCF masterclass to be held by ifs, the programme will look at key issues surrounding the delivery of TCF and the changes in both culture and behaviour which this will demand.
The class, which will take place on 7 September at the London offices of the ifs School of Finance, will cover:
- What are the key principles in delivering customer focused change?
- How can you accelerate the creation of the customer-orientated culture?
- What tools and approaches can be applied to deliver sustainable changes in behaviour?
Mark Roberts, head of faculty for financial regulation and corporate and academic relationship management, says: “TCF is more than a box-ticking exercise. This masterclass is about developing effective strategies to embed TCF at all levels within the organisation.”
