ZURICH has rolled out a tool to aid IFAs in advising clients on IHT mitigation.

The Zurich IHT Adviser Tool has been launched in response to rising house prices and low levels of IHT exemption. Through it, advisers can collate relevant information from their clients using factfind, helping them to complete a comprehensive profile for each client. The tool uses instant calculations and employs a shock tactic by enabling advisers to calculate a client’s potential IHT liability if no action is taken.
