Forsyth Partners Limited (FPL) has been placed into administration.
David Dunckley and Stephen Akers of Grant Thornton have been appointed administrators. In a statement, the Board of Forsyth Funds said it had been informed by the administrators that would try to sell the business as a going concern and, in particular, to endeavour to ensure that the current investment management team led by Peter Toogood would continue to manage the assets of the various fund companies promoted by FPL.
