Around 150,000 small businesses will not be obliged to pay corporate tax, in a bid to strengthen the manufacturing entrepreneurs, and further deregulation for medium- to small-sized firms is on the agenda, says Gordon Brown in the pre Budget report. In addition, an advisory service will be extended to support small businesses around the country.
