Vanguard Investments Europe has entered into its first retail distribution agreement. The US index fund specialist has made a deal with European online broker Cortal Belgium. It will give Belgian investors access to a portfolio that will be made up of 60% of Vanguard's low cost and broadly diversified equity and bond index funds. The rest will be invested in actively managed funds selected by Cortal Consors.
