Incisive Media, the publisher of International Investment, Investment Week and Post magazines, is launching a set of standards for financial services companies designed to give consumers back some of the confidence which has been lost. Called Gold Standards, the programme will be unveiled at the beginning of October at the State of the Nation conference in London. Financial services companies who pass a Quality and Standards Benchmark will be awarded a Gold Standard. The awards are divided into several categories. These are: banking; mortgages; pensions; insurance; life and protection; fund management; and independent financial advice.
