Fidelity FundsNetwork has joined the growing number of platforms looking to benefit from an exodus of Skandia sales staff.
Last week, Paul Judd and Steve Brooks left Skandia for Alliance Trust.
On Monday, Neptune announced it had hired Nick Webb to cover sales in Central England and East Anglia.
Novia CEO Bill Vasilieff has also spoken of his intention to recruit from the platform.
In the latest departure, Lee Keeper has joined FundsNetwork to head the sales team in London and the South East.
Head of sales Paul Richards said Keeper would be "a great addition to the team."
"He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this newly created role and joins FundsNetwork at an important stage in our development," he said. "Over the coming months, we will continue to expand the sales team and strengthen the support we offer advisers and their clients."
