Positive Solutions has made two new appointments to its board of directors in the latest of a series of moves at the company.
Lisa Lockey, currently head of finance, has been promoted to finance director and Ricky McKinney, the current head of operational risk, has been appointed risk and compliance director. The appointments are subject to Financial Services Authority (FSA) approval.
Lockey is a qualified accountant who joined Positive Solutions as head of finance in 2011 and has been a key part of improving the national IFAs financial performance.
McKinney has been with Positive Solutions since 2003 and has held a number of compliance management positions within the company before becoming head of operational risk and being appointed risk and compliance director.
The appointments follow the resignation of recruitment director Martin Brown earlier this month. In addition, head of propositions and business development director, Andrew Waldron and Jonathan Morley both left the company at the end of September.
The company also saw several seniors exits earlier in the year, including the chief executive Jim Reeve, who left in February and was replaced by Peter Coleman.
