Former head of marketing at Lincoln Financial, Simon O'Connor, has left the firm following its purchase by Sun Life of Canada.
O'Connor, a frequent commentator on variable annuities in the UK, will be replaced by Mark Stopard.
Sun Life of Canada announced it would be buying Lincoln's UK operations in June, with the deal completing in October.
The firm has now confirmed its senior management team, with Janet Fuller as chief executive, Niall O'Hare as business development director and Stopard as head of marketing.
