The FSA has cancelled the permission of Peter David Alexander Crane, trading as David Crane Mortgage Broker, for unpaid fees.
Crane will no longer be able to carry out regulated activities after failing to pay £1,104.21 in FSA fees, despite being requested to do so many times.
John Kirby, manager at the FSA's enforcement division, says: "These failings which are significant in the context of your suitability lead the FSA to conclude that you are not conducting your business soundly and prudently and in compliance with proper standards and that you are not a fit and proper person."
