Suffolk Life scraps initial fund charges

Suffolk Life has signed a deal with Cofunds to remove initial charges on all funds available through the platform.

The deal adds to previous Suffolk Life arrangements with specific fund houses, bringing more than 1,800 funds to SIPP members with no initial charges. All the funds can be traded online by advisers through Suffolk Life's web portal, and is also available to execution only customers. John Moret, director of sales and marketing at Suffolk Life, says: "Experience tells us that advisers do indeed trade in a very wide range of funds.
