Easier2Move is offering a low-cost energy performance certificate (EPC) for landlords, which also pays a referral fee for intermediaries.
From 1 October, landlords will require an EPC for their property to provide to prospective tenants before they can market a property to rent.
Easier2Move is offering EPC for £55 plus VAT, and will pay referral fees to introducers, which can be built up over time.
The firm says it can turn around an EPC within 24 hours to provide a speedy service for landlords who need the certificate quickly.
Robin Marcus, director of Easier2Move, comments: “As it is now a legislative requirement for landlords to have these certificates, it is important for them to benefit from an affordable EPC that can be turned around in the quickest time frame possible.
“We are delighted to be able to react to these market requirements as we understand that it is important for landlords to keep their costs to an absolute minimum.”
In addition to the £55 charge, Easier2Move also offer volume discounts for landlords with large portfolios, online progress tracking, e-mail EPC graphs and a range of payment options.
