TFC Homeloans has announced it will offer Sesame members a £99 application fee and free legal services on remortgage applications submitted online.
TFC Homeloans says the deal is being offered as it was one of just seven packagers selected to remain on Sesame’s panel. Jennifer Wilson, marketing manager at TFC Homeloans, says: “The £99 application fee and free legal offering can save clients money and is therefore a really positive development in the current market." Wilson says the firm's technology was a major factor in being reselected and she is hopeful more brokers will be encouraged to use the online system following the offer.
