Destini Asian Services to distribute Shariah products

Destini Financial Services has signed a joint venture deal with Legal Justice to provide UK Muslims with Shariah law-compliant mortgage and protection products.

Having previously assisted with the Miners’ Compensation Scheme, Legal Justice has already built up a reputation and trust within the Asian community and is now looking to deliver ‘Halal mortgages’ which remove the traditional concept of interest payment on a mortgage, says a statement from the two firms. Destini says it will create the panel of lenders and protection providers while Legal Justice will market the products.
