All Types of Mortgages (AToM) has begun rolling out its sourcing system today, designed to improve the accuracy of sourcing products online.
The new system, called Gravity, will be rolled out to AToM’s entire distribution network, following a trial period among franchises, RDMs, key accounts and satellites.
AToM says it chose Gravity after an eight-month testing programme, and says the service will allow intermediaries to speed up and increase the accuracy of sourcing products on-line.
Gravity already has links to a number of lenders, allowing qualified DIPs and KFIs to be pulled through the system.
Dale Jannels, sales and marketing director of AToM, says the system was selected because it was sophisticated and technologically advanced enough to provide accurate sourcing, as well as having a user-friendly interface.
“Gravity is significantly cutting down the time taken for our key partners to source products – in some cases by up to 75%,” he adds.
The system also supports alerts to inform brokers of the progress of cases and can search deals based on lender criteria and rates.
