Novia will launch its Group SIPP in May, with integrated wrap services for scheme members.
Employers and their advisers will be able to use full wrap functionality to access a wide range of investments.
Novia claims it is the first provider offering full wrap to the growing group SIPP market.
The Group SIPP will be able to hold a wide variety of investments, including traditional collective funds, ETFs, investment trusts, equities and structured products.
Novia's online wrap combines all the services in a single platform, aimed at reducing the paperwork burden for advisers, and IFAs will have access to full portfolio planning tools and online access to client valuations and transactions.
Employer admin will be streamlined, with companies simply needing to complete a single monthly payment schedule and Novia will handle playments and ensure they are invested as individual employees have agreed with their adviser.
Bill Vasilieff, CEO of Novia, says: "The addition of the Group SIPP scheme to Novia's full wrap platform offers advisers and employers an excellent, flexible group pension scheme which can be tailored to individuals as their earnings and lives change."
At retirement, the Group SIPP offers income drawdown and annuity options to give clients investment flexibility.
The platform can also access other product wrappers such as ISAs, GIAs or offshore bonds so their entire portfolio appears on a single statement.
