Investors are seeing increased opportunities in European equities, according to Skandia's February Isa sales figures. Invesco Perpetual European Growth, Fidelity European and Gartmore European Selected Opportunities were among the month's biggest winners, positioned fifth, sixth and ninth in the Skandia top 10 sellers list respectively, combining regular savings and lump sum investments. Lump sum investors remain cautious, with Fidelity Moneybuilder Income the top money taker, although Fidelity's UK Special Situations fund climbed two places from January 2003 to second in February....
