Tristan Hillgarth, vice chairman of Invesco, is to retire from the company at the end of September. Hillgarth has been with the asset management firm for 12 years and oversaw the acquisition and integration of the GT and Perpetual businesses. He stepped down from his active management role in 2001 and has since been acting as an ambassador for the company.
