Invesco Perpetual's Paul Chesson and Stuart Parks achieved three-year track records on their respective portfolios on 31 January this year. Over three years to 17 March 2003, Chesson's £109m Japan fund has returned -53.2%, on an offer-to-bid basis, against a peer group average of -59.5%, ranking it six out of 64 in the Japan sector. Parks's £83.7m Pacific fund has returned -42.1%, offer-to-bid, against a sector average of -46.6%, ranking it four of 12 Far East including Japan portfolios over the same period.
