Steve Glynn, joint managing director of Jupiter Unit Trust Managers, has left the group.
Glynn has been replaced by Gordon Davidson, who has been promoted from his role as northern sales director.
Jane Petkovic, joint managing director of Jupiter Unit Trust Managers, will continue to run the finance and administrative functions of the business.
Jupiter International Group joint chief executive Edward Bonham Carter said: "Gordon has made a significant contribution to our successful intermediary sales programme over the last seven years and I look forward to working closely with him to push sales forward in 2003."
Of Glynn's departure Bonham Carter saidL "Steve has made a significant contribution to Jupiter's success, and we wish him well in the future."
Glynn said: "It's been a tremendous seven years at Jupiter with the company growing from a small relatively unknown boutique to one of the most successful unit trust companies in the UK. Having overcome the challenges facing the business over the last two years, I believe Jupiter is very well positioned to go from strength to strength. I've therefore decided that it is the time for me to move on and pursue other commercial interests. In the immediate future I'm looking forward to spending some quality time with my family."
