Thames River Capital is to launch two dollar-denominated global emerging markets funds. The first is a Dublin-listed, long-only Oeic and the second an open-ended Cayman Island listed long/short fund. In both cases, the group is seeking to raise $200m. Five further members have been added to its five strong emerging markets team. These include Howard Thomas, formerly of Singer & Friedlander, Katie Blacklock, from American Express, KC Reddy, from Credit Agricole, Henry Cobble, from Schroders and James Mellersh from Rouke Capital.
