Schroders recruits Anna O'Donoghue as UK intermediary head of ops

Schroders has recruited Anna O'Donoghue from Architas to fill the newly created position of head of operations and governance in the group's UK intermediary business.

O'Donoghue, who spent 10 years working in senior roles at Architas, including head of research and investment chief operating officer, will become part of Schroder's UK Intermediary Management team under the leadership of UK intermediary business head Philip Middleton, with a specific focus on governance and operational management. Middleton said: "We operate under a highly sophisticated governance framework and require a high-calibre candidate for this role.
