Highcroft joins Reita

Highcroft Investments has become the latest company to join the Reita.

The Oxford-based company achieved REIT status in April 2008 and is currently the smallest UK listed REIT, with properties ranging from office blocks and high street retail stores to out of town distribution centres. The company has impressive performance to date and virtually no debt. Its top 10 properties account for some 65pc of the portfolio, which is valued at over £32m.
