New Star has confirmed details of its Indian Equity fund, which will launch on June 9.
As previously reported, the new fund will be managed by Tata Asset Management Private Ltd. It will invest in approximately 40 stocks, and will have a predominantly large-cap bias. Investors will have the opportunity to benefit from a three-week fixed price offer that will run from launch until 12 noon on June 27. During this period investors will receive a 1pc discount on the 5pc initial charge.
