A recent poll of independent financial advisers showed that almost two out of three advisers spend the same ' and more ' time on asset allocation for their clients as they do on fund recommendations. The poll, carried out by www.IFAOnline.co.uk, found that 38% of advisers spend more time on asset allocation than on recommending particular funds for their clients.
