Opra has launched its new stakeholder pension website. The first five schemes have now been registered and can be viewed on the regulator's stakeholder pages. Before a scheme can be marketed as a stakeholder pension, it must get tax approval from the Inland Revenue and be registered with Opra. Between now and 6 April, 2001, when stakeholder pensions become available, Opra expects the web-based register to grow steadily in size.
