Almost two-thirds of UK homeowners believe property prices will continue to rise, but confidence in property rise has progressed further in the north than in the south. Latest figures from the Woolwich confidence research suggest 73.5% of southerners think property prices will increase, compared to just 63.3% of northerners - a gap of 10.2% compared with 2.8% in August.
