The Personal Investment Authority has suspended Mackenzie Law & Company (Life and Pensions) and M P Saunders (Financial Services) Ltd and ordered the companies to "cease conducting and soliciting investment business" after the two firms failed to comply with awards made against them by the PIA Ombudsman in February. Unfortunately, this is not the first time the PIA has been forced to act this year.
