Female IFAs are good listeners, caring and professional, whereas male IFAs are arrogant and unprofessional - at least so says a survey carried out for a women's IFA body. Research was carried out by Bdifferent on 600 IFAs and commissioned by the WIG, the Women's IFA Group, to find out if there might be key differences in the characteristics of male and female IFAs and the way they do business.
