David Wootton, managing director of Eurolife Assurance Company (EAC), has resigned and agreed not to seek further positions in the financial services industry, following an investigation by the FSA. Chairman Lynne Green has also resigned and has undertaken not to seek the role of chief executive within the industry for the next three years.
