Richard Harvey, a man who is already under the media spotlight today because he is staying on for a while longer as group chief executive of Aviva, has also been appointed as chairman of the ABI. Mike Ross will step down as chairman after completing his two-year term, says a statement from the ABI, and become chairman of the newly-created European Constitutional Affairs at the ABI.
