Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) today announced the appointment of Andrew Carter as chief executive of its asset management team. Carter, who is currently chief investment officer of RLAM, will retain his role as CIO when he commences his new position on 22 September. He takes over from sitting chief executive Chris Philips, who is moving to Scottish Widows Investment Partnership later this year.
