Friends Provident International (FPI) has launched an online commission enquiry service for international advisers writing Guernsey business.
The new service will enable advisers to look up details of their current agency commission account and request archived statements. The service is built into FPI's existing online extranet and enables brokers to submit applications online, track them and validate at every stage.
According to FPI, the life company's continued investment in technology will attract more brokers to do business with them, while reducing overheads for the life insurer itself. In addition, an efficient platform makes operations easier for brokers in different time zones.
For now, the commission enquiry service will track commissions, which are awaiting payment. It will also provide previous commission statements split into four categories.
A demonstration of the new facility is accessible at: www.friendsprovident/.co.uk/ifa/extranetdemo.
