Vam Funds, the boutique investment house, has launched a euro share class on its property fund. It already offers dollar and sterling share classes. The new euro share class opens the investment to European investors without the risk of currency fluctuations. The Vam Property fund has an international mandate with some 20% of the fund invested in non-UK property funds.
