The economic outlook for Spain remains generally positive as unemployment levels remain low and the housing market continues to flatten out. Jose Luis Malo de Molina, director general del servicio de Estudio at Banco de Espana, said: "There has been fast growth in immigration and intense employment generation. On top of this there has been an increase in real and financial assets, which has helped to increase wealth in families.
