Jupiter promotes Hynes to global distribution head

Jupiter has promoted Simon Hynes to global head of distribution as Maarten Slendebroek takes over as chief executive.

With Slendebroek set to replace Edward Bonham Carter (pictured) on 17 March, Hynes has taken over the former's sales and marketing responsibilities with immediate effect. Currently head of client coverage UK, Hynes has been at Jupiter since 2002, having initially joined as national and networks sales manager. Slendebroek said: "Simon has established himself as a key member of the management team at Jupiter. "He has a deep understanding of both our business and the fund management industry and has been instrumental in driving our growth in the UK over several years." For more Jup...
