The National Employment Savings Trust has taken its campaign to make saving popular to the streets of London and Manchester.
In the video below, chief executive Tim Jones asks passers-by which activities they are looking forward to in retirement - and how they will go about saving for them.
Most interviewees said life's simple pleasures as being worth saving for, from "dancing more and rapping more" on a pension (as one put it) to spending more time and money on children and grandchildren.
The video is part of NEST's social media campaign, which sees it posting draft adverts on Facebook and Twitter for the public to vote for, and running a competition for consumers to design their own advert.
