Zurich unveils online pensions tools for advisers

Zurich is launching a series of online tools designed to help advisers deal with an expected 60% increase in the retirement market over the next five years.

Advisers can access downloadable technical information on pensions issues as well as animated case studies depicting typical customer concerns which can be used with clients. Zurich pensions management director Dave Lowe says: "Many people will not have the retirement income they might have expected. "These individuals need professional financial advice to help them make the most of what they do have and possibly to consider alternatives to taking benefits now.
