FTSE gains paused

After six days of gains the FTSE 100 this morning has shed a couple of points to 4,818.

AstraZenica is down 6p to 1,873p. HSBC is down 3.5p to 884p. GlaxoSmithKline is down 1p to 1,220p. Unseasonally warm weather in the UK has seen the delivery price of gas fall, however, BP is unchanged at 511.5p, while Shell is up 1p to 446.75p. Rio Tinto is up 9p to 1,530p. The Dow Jones Industrial Average index closed down 25.35 points at 10,829.19 overnight. IFAonline
