IFAonline's publisher Incisive Media is hosting a 'white collar fight night' in the hope of raising £150,000 towards the Boxing Day Asian tsunami appeal.
The charity event, in support of the Disasters Emergency Committee, is designed to encourage 12 asset management professionals to step in the ring and prove who's 'hot air' and who`s the 'real deal' at The Brewery on 3rd May 2005.
Ahead of the big event, Incisive Media is calling on volunteers of any weight, fitness or experience to come forward to enter the big fight night billed as the "Square up in the City".
Contestants will be required to attend a preliminary assessment at The Ring Gym, Southwark at 6:30pm on either Monday 7th, Tuesday 8th or Wednesday 9th February, and successful applicants will then be provided with training sessions twice a week in conjunction with CityBoxer.com, leading up to the event in May.
To support this charity event, firms can opt to sponsor a fight and 55 tables are also available for hire through Katie Driver on 020 7968 4517 or by email at [email protected].
