Norwich Union has appointed Anthony Rafferty as head of marketing for the post-retirement department.
He takes up the role following a four-month spell as acting head after joining the company as a consultant for the post-retirement division in January. Rafferty previously worked at The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as commercial director for consumer finance. He has also worked in RBS's credit card division and the Bank of Scotland retail banking product development team.
